FANTASY TONER

A quick refresh on pre-lightened hair using a fantasy color. This is best for a muted look or slight bold color. 


Blonding and Natural techniques

  • Balayage - Custom hand painting, this is a free-hand technique utilized to create a specialty look for each guest.
  • Babylights - Baby thin highlighting technique.
  • Traditional foils - This technique isn't focused on blending (blending can be done with a root blend) but more so chunkier foils and a heavier coverage of blonding while leaving dimension in the hair.
  • Slicing - Slices will give the ultimate blonding and edgy vibe with heavy color blocking and contrast.
  • Money piece - The most important section of the hair is in front of that beautiful face! We will be focusing on what you see when your hair is up and what you will give you the glow you are looking for.
  • Dimension & depth - This can be done with “lowlighting”. A deeper tone is added into the hair to create contrast and make the hair laying on top pop & shine!
  • COLOR BLOCKING - The most "drama" for color blocking. This is the most hi-definition color contrasting you can get! This could be a half & half color divide or sections of hair that contrast.
  • Foilyage - Custom hand painting placed in foils for maximum lift but for a more blended look that melts into the base color.
  • Shadow root / blend - Tired of the maintenance that comes with keeping up your new growth? Do you want to be your own hair boss? Let's hit a reset for you and give you a badass and seamless blend!
  • Color melt - 3 or more natural shades melted together to create a seamless and dimensional look.
  • BASE BREAKS - This service lifts 1 to 2 levels of your natural base color.

Grey Coverage & Enhancement

Single-process permanent color

From roots to ends, this is a transformative, permanent custom color. If you wish to go a few shades lighter, this is only an option for virgin hair. This process takes up to 45 minutes to process and reach its full potential (without accelerating drops).

Single process demi-Gloss

This is a color gloss utilized to maintain pre-existing color or deepen/ alter the tone of your hair. To maximize this gloss to its fullest potential, this will process for 25 minutes.

Grey Coverage

This service involves using permanent hair color to cover greys on your new growth.

If you wish to darken, we do recommend a demi-permanent color, which is healthier for future changes.


Lifting permanent hair color can cause long-term stress on the hair and can cause challenges and color corrective measures.


Hair Circus recommends only using permanents when changing color to red/ coppers on virgin hair, lifting a few levels lighter on virgin hair for a soft or allover base change, or for covering greys. We always have your best interest at heart!

Bleach root

In order to receive a bleach root, a platinum card must be booked first or you can add this onto your appointment. This will ensure NO natural is left behind! A complete identity change ….let's show up brand new, honey! The catch is that this is the highest maintenance you can get… but you only live once right?? A bleach root must be maintained every 4-6 weeks for blondes and 6-8 for fantasy hair. If you skip, you are at risk for color correction, which can triple the amount of product and time necessary, resulting in a more expensive hair appointment.

Platinum card

This is a back-to-back foiling session that includes paper thin sections in order to create the ultimate lift & the most dramatic transformation for the day. In order to achieve your goal (within reason) it may still take multiple sessions to achieve your hair goal, depending on your starting level (how dark your hair is naturally) or if there has been previous color on top. Your stylist will be honest if this is an achievable goal for you. Remember- healthy hair is the most magical hair!

Silver Foxing

This service involves removing all previous artificial color, softening any line of demarcation, blending the naturals hair, and starting a low maintenance look to officially be free of permanent color. This can take many sessions, depending on how dark the previous color is and how many times it has been dyed.

Color correction

What makes a color correction? A color correction is when there is previously colored artificial dyes present in the hair or there is a hair goal that hasn’t been met due to the incorrect technique by either a previous style or plan. This calls for a new plan, otherwise known as a color correction!
